Indy Disc
Dog Club (Fishers, IN)
We had 4 Wigglebutts and one
Sandy Oaks Wigglebutt compete and the Indy Jam disc dog competition:
Adonis, Seven,
Elektra,
Apollo, and Q. The
weather was sketchy at best - with pouring rain, thunder, and HUGE winds.
There was some sunshine mixed in too, but the winds were hard for the
handlers to throw well, and the dogs were scrapping trying to catch the discs.
Coming into the Intermediate
Freestyle finals, Seven was in the lead, followed by her brother Adonis.
Adonis played HARD trying to catch those wind tossed pieces of plastic,
beating out his little sister Seven. Seven worked just as hard, but Bill
was a bit tired playing two dogs in a row. Adonis won, but you better
believe the feisty little chick wants a REMATCH!

Uh-oh,
Bill. Now that you won in Intermediate, you have to move up to the PRO
division. Better get practicing!
Indy Jam Women's Novice Long Distance:
Angie & Seven - 2nd
Place
Angie & Q - 3rd Place
Angie battled
the wind with Q & Seven for the long distance competition, and managed to get a
catch in for each of them. Good doggies! They really hustled.
Lots of spectators - about 500 - so it was fun to have successful catches.
Freddy & Apollo
made it to the Top 10 for Novice Toss N Fetch with several catches. Woo-hoo!
You guys were entertaining getting tangled up in that line to say the least.
We expect great things from Freddy & Apollo in the future!

Tony & Elektra
entered Toss N Fetch, and while she didn't catch 'em due to the wind, she was
fun to watch. What a maniac! She would run so fast and wipe out
trying to catch the disc. One time she slid 6 feet on the grass she was
running so fast.
